Picking the Right Color for Your Home: Attention to Detail

Choosing the right color for painting your house is never simple. Among other things, you should always consider the complexity and the size of your house. Is it going to be a mansion or just a small townhouse? Will it have an unusual architectural design or will you be sticking to the basics?
Depending on your answers, you may want to pick two, three, or even as much as five colors for your home. You should also add accent colors for porch decks, columns, window sashes, doors, modlings, shutters, etc. Everything counts. Just remember that too much color may overwhelm your design while having too little variety in color may make your house seem uninteresting and flat.
