Aside from practicality and aesthetics, another important factor has emerged when it comes to modern home designs. Today, home designers have put a high value on the health benefits of the materials used to create new houses.
Designers are becoming more conscious of the hazardous effects of composition wood products, chemical additives in paints, and synthetic materials (among other things) on our health. This is why the most innovative houses don’t necessarily have cutting edge designs; they are homes created without the use of potentially harmful materials such as fume-producing glues, laminates, and in some cases even plastics.
