Designing kids rooms should be no different than how you would design any other room in the house. You should be putting in the same effort as you did when you designed your own bedroom. This means that one of the first and most important steps in the process is picking a theme.
The best part of designing a kids room is that it doesn’t need to match the overall design of your house. There are loads of themes to choose from such as cartoons, sports, fantasies, or anything else you think your kid will love. After all, it’s a kids room and you’re permitted to have some fun; so take advantage of it.
